Seattle House Cleaning - Google Ads Lead Generation Case Study
House Cleaning in Seattle — Google Ads Lead Generation Case Study
Background
The client needed a predictable way to reach Seattle-area homeowners actively searching for residential cleaning services. The priority was not broad awareness or low-quality traffic. It was capturing high-intent local demand and turning it into measurable conversion actions at a sustainable acquisition cost.
Strategy
We built and optimized a bottom-of-funnel Google Search campaign focused on high-intent residential cleaning searches in the Seattle market.
The campaign strategy included:
service- and location-aligned search targeting
conversion-focused ad messaging
traffic directed to a clear, service-specific landing experience
ongoing search-term review and negative keyword refinement
budget and bid optimization based on conversion performance
Google Ads conversion tracking for measurable lead actions
Results
From February 15 to August 13, 2026, the campaign generated:
406 clicks
88 tracked conversions
21.67% conversion rate
$57.30 cost per conversion
approximately $5,042 in calculated ad spend
The result was a strong conversion rate and a workable acquisition cost for a competitive local home-service market.
Key Insight
The campaign captured only 16.33% search impression share during the reporting period, with additional visibility limited by both ad rank and budget. This indicates that the campaign established a validated performance foundation but had not yet exhausted the available market demand. Further gains may be available through stronger ad rank, improved budget allocation, and continued optimization.
Client Feedback
“Oksana demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was always available when questions came up. We received an excellent website with supporting integrations for performance and automation - and several inquiries even before launching a full advertising campaign.”
